No. Because we work on a no-win-no-fee basis, we only take on listings we’re genuinely confident we can remove. If we don’t think we can help, we’ll tell you honestly during the free assessment.
No. Submitting the free check costs nothing. If we accept your matter, we’ll email a secure link to authorise a hold on your card so the success fee can be charged if and when we win. Nothing is charged unless a listing is removed.
It varies by listing and by the credit provider involved. We’ll give you a realistic idea once we’ve assessed your file, and you can track progress online the whole way through.
Yes. Credit Busters is a fully self-contained online service — you do everything from your phone or laptop, in your own time. There are no appointments and no phone queues.
